Cause for "PARTITION_REMOVED": There is a disk failure and the repair tasks have not been completed after 48 hours.There is a disk failure and the partition must be cleaned from SSM. Cause for "SS_PERMANENT_DOWN": Possible BAD disk on ECS (xDoctor only runs per Rack in Multi Rack Environment and running xDoctor on Rack 1 does not detect Rack 2 issue)
