xDoctor reports this issue as RAP030 with a message similar to below: Timestamp = 2019-04-06_224415 Category = DT Source = API Severity = ERROR Node = master Message = SSM Device(s) found that are not in SS_UP state. Cause

Cause for "PARTITION_REMOVED": There is a disk failure and the repair tasks have not been completed after 48 hours.There is a disk failure and the partition must be cleaned from SSM. Cause for "SS_PERMANENT_DOWN": Possible BAD disk on ECS (xDoctor only runs per Rack in Multi Rack Environment and running xDoctor on Rack 1 does not detect Rack 2 issue)
