When you enter Windows and play video with a low refresh rate, it may experience LCD screen flicker (jittering state where the screen continuously switches between bright and dark.) Affected Platforms: XPS 13 DX13260
This behavior happens due to an issue in the LCD panel that prevents it from entering an unlock mode and cause visable flicker.
To resolve this issue, download and update the LGD Panel firmware: Download the LGD Touch Panel Firmware Update Utility under the Notebook LCD category. XPS 13 DX13260 Drviers & Downloads Extract OneClickUpdater_v2.1.0.7_PW123_20260707.zip . Plug in the AC adapter if it is not already plugged in. Double click OneClickUpdater.exe . After the update is complete, it should say " PASS ". Back to Top
