The Dell Pro Max Plus Laptop platform family is not in the Intel road map for WOL at launch.
Intel released code to resolve this, and it has been adopted for this platform: Note: Before starting the update, perform the following: Back up all personal data. For more information, refer to: Back Up and Recovery Connect the AC adapter. Updating the Dell Pro Max 16 Plus MB16250 and 18 Plus MB18250 BIOS to version 2.5.0 or later on the laptop resolves the issue. To download and install the Dell_Pro_Max_MB16250_MB18250_2.5.0.exe file, refer to the: BIOS Update Guide
