An outage occurred between June 21-22, 2026, with WMS that caused login failure to the WMS Cloud Console ( https://us1.wysemanagementsuite.com ). Device communication interruptions were also experienced. Affected Software: Wyse Management Suite
Recent platform updates introduced enhanced communication mechanisms for devices and the server. Under certain conditions, this led to inconsistencies in how communication parameters were synchronized. As a result: Validation processes failed repeatedly System resources were consumed at a higher-than-expected rate This caused service degradation and intermittent unresponsiveness.
The service was restored on June 22, 2026, at 10 AM EST and has remained stable. Immediate corrective measures were applied to stabilize system performance and prevent further disruption. Next steps: Additional safeguards are being implemented to prevent recurrence. The engineering team is actively working on a permanent fix. Improvements will be included in an upcoming maintenance release.
