A Latitude 7350 may intermittently stop responding if the SSD has massive read/write activities while BitLocker is enabled. This happens only when SATA/NVMe Operation is set to Raid on in the BIOS and the Intel Rapid Storage Technology (IRST) is any version released before version 20.2.7.1026, A06. Affected Platforms: Latitude 7350
Some versions of the IRST driver cause this issue.
Note: Before starting the update, perform the following: Back up all personal data. For more information, refer to Back Up and Recovery . Connect the AC adapter. Updating the Intel Rapid Storage Technology Driver and Application to 20.2.7.1026, A06 or later on the computer resolves the issue.
