Symptoms: SCG sends an upgrade email every 24 hours "Update your Secure Connect Gateway to version 5.3x.xx.xx" Affected Versions Secure Connect Gateway Version 5.32.00.18 Secure Connect Gateway Version 5.32.00.20
Issue Details: SCG sends an upgrade email when a new version of SCG has been found but does not properly mark it as successful so it retries every 24 hours. Cause: An issue was introduced in 5.32 that does not properly mark the email as have being sent so it continues to send the upgrade email every 24 hours.
Option 1: Upgrade to SCG 5.34 Upgrade to the latest SCG version (5.34.00.16 or later), which includes the fix. Option 2: Apply available hotfix (5.32.00.20 only) If the UI is accessible: Go to the About page in the SCG UI. Select and apply the available hotfixes. No restart is required. Note: For Kubernetes deployments and 5.32.00.18 versions, only Option 1 (upgrade) is supported.
