The second monitor is only able to reach 6144x3456 30 Hz. Long-term Solution: Note: Before starting the update, perform the following: Back up all personal data. For more information, refer to Back Up and Recovery . Connect the AC adapter. Updating the NVIDIA RTX PRO 1000/2000/3000 Blackwell Graphics Driver to version 32.0.15.9579, A02 or later on the computer resolves the issue. To download and install the driver, refer to the Driver Update Guide . Workaround: Connect the two Dell U3224KB monitors with HDMI or USB Type-C ports to the computer instead of the dock.
