If the boot device is marked with a hyphen in BIOS setup, it is skipped during boot.
Remove the hyphen from the start of the name of the bootable device to recover from the issue. Turn on the computer and press F2 key repeatedly to go into the BIOS setup. Go to Boot tab and press Enter key on the bootable device. Change the name of the device without a hyphen at the start. Save the change and exit.
