The health-check ' rp4vm ' only points out the existence of the vCenter (VC) RecoverPoint plug-in. This is a reminder to the person performing the upgrade, to ensure version RecoverPoint for Virtual Machines (VM) is supported at the new code. Test Result Result code Result Interpretation Pass 0 No Recover-Point is present, or the test profile used does not warn for RecoverPoint. Warning 1 RecoverPoint is installed. Therefore, the RecoverPoint upgrade procedures should be followed. Failure 2 This indicates that the target level of code does not support RecoverPoint or vLCM is also enabled with RecoverPoint. Critical 3 This test has no critical result. Each test that passes is not listed in the summary report, for ease of reading. If the health-checks are run with a core test profile (see article 21527) , then the presence of RecoverPoint for Virtual Machines is instead listed in vxtii.txt. An extension for RecoverPoint for Virtual Machines would be listed as: com.dell.recoverpoint If this test comes back positive (RecoverPoint for Virtual Machines is present), or VxTii shows ' Yes ' for RecoverPoint for Virtual Machines, then 'RecoverPoint for Virtual Machines' (RP4VM) , must be upgraded prior to upgrading VxRail, to prevent Disaster Recovery Unavailability on the VxRail Cluster. The image on the host does not match the image set for the cluster. Retry the cluster remediation operation. No resolution for the provided vCenter to work around the issue.
