PowerProtect Database Manager Console fails to connect to the SQL server using the LocalSystem Account.
Procedure: On the Windows SQL Server, go to services.msc.Select ADM agent.Right click and select Properties.Click Log On.Click This account and input a Windows user with access to the SQL server. Note: Sometimes, the software works better if the Windows user is a Domain Admin as well. If possible, ensure that the Windows user has access to SQL Server and is a Domain Admin as well. Restart the service.
