When attempting to gather logs from a Dell Automation Platform Proxy, log gathering fails if the Proxy is named Oxy.
When the name "Oxy" is used for the Dell Automation Platform Proxy, it conflicts with the NATS stream that used and causes logs to be skipped by the log receiver.
Fix: This issue is scheduled to be resolved in Dell Automation Platform 2.0 Workaround for Dell Automation Platform 1.2: New user: Do not use "oxy" as the proxy server name. Existing user: Switch the proxy to a new proxy which does not have "oxy" as the proxy server name. This step is non-destructive to asset data.
