Affected Products: Dell Pro AI Studio DPAIS only supports Windows configured for English (United States) in the System Region configuration. If a different region is configured on the computer, DPAIS returns unexpected results including HTTP 500 Internal Server Error when running commands against installed models.
The use of alternative regions other than English (United States) set as the system region on the computer.
DPAIS has operating system localization support on the product road map and will be addressed in a future release. Until this support is included, users must use the following mitigation to allow DPAIS to perform as expected. Use Windows Settings to add English (United States) as a Display Language Set the Display Language to English (United States) Log-out of the computer and then log back in Open Control Panel > Clock and Region and select Region Go to Administration tab Change System locale to English (United States) Select Copy Settings button and ensure that all options are set to English (United States) Restart the computer Note: Users can change the Display Language back to their preferred language, once restarted, but must leave the Administrative settings in Control Panel > Region to English (United States) .
