Affected Products: Dell UltraSharp 27 4K Thunderbolt Hub Monitor U2725QE Dell UltraSharp 32 4K Thunderbolt Hub Monitor U3225QE
The monitor's color temperature is calibrated to 6500K, which is similar to natural daylight. While it may look slightly more yellowish compared to other models that appear more bluish or pinkish, this is by design and not a defect.
Color adjustment features available to tune to the desired color If the user wants to adjust the color settings, they can use the monitor's On-Screen Display (OSD) menu to select various Preset Modes or manually customize to create their own preset color mode. Auto Color Temp on/off affecting screen color The Auto Color Temp feature automatically adjusts the monitor's color temperature based on ambient lighting. This reduces eye strain and improves visual comfort by optimizing the screen's color temperature for the environment. When enabled, the monitor dynamically matches the color temperature to the surrounding light, making it easier to perceive images and text. In dim lighting, the monitor adjusts the RGB color setting to a warmer (more yellowish) color to further reduce eye strain. If the user prefers a cooler color (for example, more bluish), they can either: Disable the Auto Color Temp feature using the On-Screen Display (OSD) menu Increase the surrounding lighting to make the room brighter
