Symptoms

The "sat_datastore" check parses the local Datastore names for Satellite nodes. If this naming, which is based on the serial number, is incorrect, it can cause an upgrade failure. This health-check can produce any of the following results: Test Result Result code Result Interpretation Pass 0 Satellite node local Datastore naming is correct. Warning 1 Local Datastore not found from DO-host.Failure2Local Datastore should be named ... .Local Datastore on host does not match the VxRM record.Critical3This test has no critical result. Cause

The local datastore names for Satellite nodes may have been changed.The default naming is based on the Serial Number, such as: 7KABCD10000000-01-01-service-datastore1

Resolution

Rename the Satellite node local datastore back to the default naming, which may be listed in the health-check result.
