DDPM for macOS user may report that the connected computer is disconnected and does not automatically resume the connection. The issue occurs after changing the network port in DDPM. When the issue occurs, the previous connected cluster does not automatically resume. It appears to be grayed off. Affected Software: Dell Display and Peripheral Manager for macOS Note: For DDPM supported hardware products, go to Dell Display and Peripheral Manager for macOS and see the following section: Which Dell Monitors are Supported on Dell Display and Peripheral Manager for Mac?
After changing the network port, DDPM restarts the Network KVM but does not resume the cluster automatically.
Updating DDPM to version 1.3.2.0015, A00 or later on the computer resolves the issue. To download and install the DDPM, refer to Dell Display and Peripheral Manager for macOS.
