Permanent fix: Option 1: Upgrade VxRail newer than 7.0.470. Option 2: Make a backup copy of the file: cp /home/mystic/ese/rsc/rsc_pam_authenticate.py /home/mystic/ese/rsc/rsc_pam_authenticate.py.bak Find the method run_command() in /home/mystic/ese/rsc/rsc_pam_authenticate.py on VxRail, replace it withe the following code: Workaround: Option1: Customer can manually create a new account. Technical support team can use it to login VxRail through Remote Access Application of Connectivity Hub through secure connection. Option2: Customer can setup another secure remote access environment for the technical support team to login VxRail.
