During a PowerProtect Data Manager NAS restore operation to a different NAS, access credentials must be provided. If the wrong credentials are provided, it is not possible to cancel running recover job. The cancel button is disabled.
This issue has been determined to be a bug affecting all current PowerProtect Data Manager versions.
Eventually, the job automatically fails one timeout is reached. Restarting the NAS engine where the restore job is running forces cancelation of the restore job, but this is not recommended.
