Symptoms

When an HDMI input source is enabled, the keyboard, and mouse are disabled. Note: External storage or Bluetooth headset functionality is not impacted. Only the keyboard and mouse are blocked (any sort or HID device USB/BT/wireless/remote session).

Cause

The keyboard and mouse are disabled on purpose to prevent unnecessary usage while the internal monitor is used by a different video source.

Resolution

Keyboard and Mouse are Disabled While Video Input is Enabled Once the All in One is switched to an HDMI input, the keyboard and mouse are disabled to prevent unnecessary usage while the internal monitor is used by a different video source.
