"Disaster Recovery" configuration page produces an error message similar to the following: On the PowerProtect Data Manager (PPDM) servers within serverdr.log file, the following error messages are reported: YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS.msZ ERROR [] [https-jsse-nio-XXXX-exec-8] [][][][TRACE_ID:xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx][] [c.a.o.v.s.DefaultValidationReportHandler.logApiValidation(88)] - OpenAPI location=REQUEST key=PUT#/api/v2/server-disaster-recovery-configurations/cd7fcff2-fd68-475f-97ea-0d58aa6417cd levels=ERROR messages=Validation failed. When PowerProtect Data Manager was installed and Data Domain was added as storage, "Auto Enabling Server Disaster Recovery Backups" job has failed due to an environment issue. That resulted in "serverdr" service to have records in its cache that resulted in the above-mentioned error messages.
To resolve this issue, follow steps can be used: Connect PowerProtect Data Manager host using SSH client and log in using local admin account.Restart serverdr service: serverdr restart Wait for 5 minutes and try to enable Disaster Recovery backups again.
