In Cyber Recovery UI, the recovery job for NetWorker in the vault fails with the following error message: Unable to create NetWorker device. NetWorker error is unauthorized access. The username or password is incorrect.
The NetWorker asset in Cyber Recovery is configured with the username and password for the application. The username and password combination does not match what was configured on the vault NetWorker application.
Update the NetWorker asset in Cyber Recovery using the following steps: Open the Cyber Recovery UI and go to Infrastructure > Assets > Applications . Select the NetWorker Asset which failed in the recovery job. Click Edit . Edit the Application Authentication section and enter the correct username and password combination. Save the configuration. Run a new recovery job. Contact Dell Technical Support for more information.
