To resolve the issue, try the following: For the PN5122W: Reinstall the battery.For the PN7522W: Connect the charging cable.Both PN5122W and PN7522W pens can recover from disconnection automatically within 10 minutes.If the issue persists frequently, contact Dell Technical Support for further assistance.
