The Pre-Upgrade Health Check fails with the error: 15G free space is required. Clean up the space under /cyc_cfs and try again. ostKeyChecking=no -o UserKnownHostsFile=/de (0xE04030010016) As seen from the PowerStore Manager user interface:
The most common cause for the lack of space on the internal partition /cyc_cfs is the presence of too many old support materials or support data collections (DCs). It is also possible that this partition is not mounted on any of the nodes. In rare cases, it could also be due to a node reporting wrong usage info.
Connect to the PowerStore over ssh using the service account, and run below command to check the used space on /cyc_cfs: df -h Confirm that both nodes display the same space used by /cyc_cfs. Connect directly to the peer node's IP, or use svc_ssh_peer to access the other node. If the available space is less than 15 GB, delete some old data collects and retry the PUHC. This can be done: From the PowerStore Manager user interface (UI) > Settings > Gather support Materials Or From the service console, with svc_dc list And svc_dc delete See below command for usage svc_dc delete -h If the /cyc_cfs partition is missing or reporting more free space than the required 15 GB, contact Dell Technical Support or your Authorized Service Representative, and quote this knowledge base article ID.
