Symptoms
For IDRAC 9:
When going to IDRAC9 > Maintenance > System Update > Manual Update, select HTTPS as the location type option.
After adding downloads.dell.com:
And then clicking Check for update:
Notice this warning message showing:
For IDRAC 8/7:
Go to IDRAC8 > Overview > Update and Rollback > Change File location type to HTTPs and add downloads.dell.com as the HTTPS address:
When clicking Check for update on the top, the warning message shows:
Cause
This is a normal message.
Resolution
No actions neededThe error means that the server's firmware matches the repository's firmware. Review the SupportAssist log (Technical Support Report (TSR) log) pulled from IDRAC Interface, notice that the installed firmware version matches the catalog:
The above list can be located by uncompressing the SupportAssist log (Technical Support Report (TSR) log)Open the uncompressed folder > TSRxxxxxxx.pl folder > tsr folder > open the viewer.html.Example:
