Affected Products: Wyse Management Suite Affected Versions: v3.5.1 to 3.5.2 The WMS console is not launching as it fails to connect to secure the MQTT port after upgrading.
The WMS installer resets the custom secure MQTT port to default.
Change the MQTT port in the mqtt.conf file as configured in the installer. Steps to resolve: Right-click the Windows start menu and then click Run. Figure 1: (English Only) Click Run In the Run UI, type services.msc and then press OK. Figure 2: (English Only) Run dialog box Locate each service below, right-click, and then click Stop. TomcatMQTTSoftwarevault Edit mqtt.conf under INSTALLDIR\wmsmqtt\mqtt.conf and update sslport 8443 to sslport <secure_mqtt_custom_port_value>.
