Scenario Every 8 hours the MDM is reporting three failed logout attempts from a user N/A due to the presentation server having an expired session ID. Every 8 hours, the presentation server logs out from the MDM and log back in to get a new session ID. When the logout occurs, it fails because the session expired after 8 hours and is now invalid. The presentation server is incorrectly still trying to use the invalid session ID.
These events can be safely ignored. Impacted Versions 3.6.x Fixed In Version TBD
