The issue only occurs when the port channel is in access mode. In this case, PFxM tries to set it to trunk mode which is failing. So, if your service fails on OS10 switches on network configuration, and the switch interfaces shown in port view are using port channels that are in access mode.
The cleanup of port channels is not happening when we redeploy services or delete and add new services.
The workaround is to delete the existing port channels by SSH to the switch and running: configure no interface port-channel XX The above must be done on all the connected port channels that have access VLANs. Then retry of the service should work.
