Symptoms

SRM discovery works. Collection jobs launch but time out. In the srm hds collection log: INFO – [2021-04-08 12:14:19 CEST] – Collecting$CollectingJobHook::preparingJob(): Launching collecting configuration HDS-ARRAYS2 for context HDS0(x.x.x.x:*) INFO – [2021-04-08 12:14:19 CEST] – Collecting$CollectingJobHook::preparingJob(): Launching collecting configuration HDS-SERVERINFO for context HDS0(x.x.x.x:*) SEVERE – [2021-04-08 12:29:24 CEST] – AbstractStreamHandlerJob::prepareNextStep(): Error executing handler XslStreamTransformer com.watch4net.apg.ubertext.parsing.StreamHandlerException: Error while transforming stream Caused by: net.sf.saxon.trans.XPathException: Error reported by XML parser: Read timed out

Cause

There is a difference in REST API Management between HDS v8.7.7 and the HDS Support for SRM v4.5.
