The cause of the problem is that the permissions for /opt/lgtonmc were changed from "nsrnmc:nsrnmc" to a different user (having UID and GID as 1001).
To resolve the problem, change the ownership of /opt/lgtonmc folder to nsrnmc:nsrnmc with the following command: chown -R nsrnmc:nsrnmc /opt/lgtonmc< The following is a detailed explanation of the error messages described in the "symtpons" section: These messages are logged when there is no cacert.key file in the /opt/lgtonmc/etc folder. Because nsrnmc is not the owner of this folder, GST fails to create this file. If the cacert.key file existed but the tmp folder did not exist, this error message warns that GST is unable to create files under /opt/lgtonmc/tmp folder. The failure to create the cst credential file is a problem inherited from the lack of permissions on the parent folder.
