All the ACM registered components should be green and ACM should has full connectivity to them.
Rename old generated PDF files to allow regenerating a new one. Steps :- cd /usr/local/dataprotection/var/configmgr/server_data/config mv DataProtectionConfiguration.pdf DataProtectionConfiguration.pdf.Support mv DataProtectionConfiguration.xml DataProtectionConfiguration.xml.Support Then hit F5 in the ACM GUI, and try to download the PDF Again.
