Controller silently reloads, and it only provides the following information: Last reload reason: IntelResetRequest The "IntelResetRequest" triggers the CPU to reset due to a kernel panic. No other crash files from the event are present.

There are no known workarounds currently available.
This issue is not reproducible in Cisco's lab. If you are experiencing this behavior repeatedly on a C9800-L unit, open a TAC case and request that TAC for the following: Plan of Action: There are multiple efforts started to RCA this issue: 1.Engg have shared an intermediate serviceability fix to the escalation team to capture additional information that might help in root cause of this issue. If the customer is able to repro this issue we can try loading this image to capture additional information. 2.The fix of CSCwq73134 might not be applicable to CSCwk79990. Though the signatures are the same, the fix may not help in this case. 3.We are working with the Kernel team on an serviceability to enable capturing the dying gasp info / log that can help RCA this issue. This feature is in review and will be part of the image in the near future. So, we are asking the Escalation team / TAC to analyse if the customer can be provided an image with fix for CSCwq73134 & check if the issue is fixed. If there is reoccurrence, we can use the image with the serviceability fix in point 1 & 3 to capture additional info to RCA the issue.
