Randomly the clients connected to an AP, will face heavy traffic loss. Either there will be Heavy ping loss (around 80%) or complete traffic will stop passing.
This issue is specific to the following AP models. Other models are NOT affected. C9130AX C9136AX CW9162 CW9164 CW9166 9800 running 17.9.5 or above
None APSP for this issue has been released. Network Advantage license customers should apply the APSP patch onto 17.12.4 to get the fix. Other customers hit by this issue should ask TAC to provide the fix as Engineering Special (ES) image based on 17.12.4.
Reloading the AP OR Bouncing the radios OR disconnecting all clients and let them connect back ? helps recover from the issue.
