If we disable IPv6, some link-local IPv6 address is back after reload. "no ipv6 enable" from global configuration or the interface itself will remove IPv6 address from interface details, but after a reload, the link-local IPv6 address will be re-added to the interface even though IPv6 is disabled.
New installation of ISE version 3.2+
Enable IPv6 with "ipv6 enable" and then disable it again with "no ipv6 enable" fixes this issue
