-Nexus 9500 unable to upgrade correctly from 9.3(x) to 9.3(11) -Command used to upgrade install all nxos bootflash: -Switch rebooted and verified the status after device up. - Only active sup upgraded wth 9.3(11). standby sup stating as active with 9.3(x) and other linecards are remain in same version. -Did not see logs that linecard and standby supervisor reloaded. -Tried to reload device manually again from CLI reload , active sup upgraded 9.3(11) and linecards remains in the old 9.3(x) version -To fix it reload ascii/ hard reboot switch. Then device upgraded completely with 9.3(11). Perform an additional install all nxos to trigger the full upgrade one more time. To prevent incomplete NXOS upgrade. Perform EPLD upgrade of primary and golden regions and then proceed with NXOS upgrades - which needs two additional reloads. Recommendation is to upgrade EPLD to match NXOS 9.3(11) or desired 9.3(x) NXOS version.
Issue is likely due to IO FPGA version 0x8 being the very first supported for SUP-A+. IO FGPA 0x8 matches, NXOS 7.0(3)I7(1). Starting with NXOS 7.0(3)I7(2), IO FPGA is updated to 0x9
