Symptom

After upgrading the 9800 WLC, the clients are deleted with reason wrong psk. Clients are excluded with wrong PSK key on 17.9.4: Reason: CO_CLIENT_DELETE_REASON_EXCLUDE_WRONG_PSK After upgrade, the PSK has an additional character at the end - " \ ", the clients try to connect but get a message that network security key isnt correct.

Conditions

WLAN with PSK and MAC filtering. WLAN with iPSK are not affected.

Workaround

After the upgrade, reconfiguring the PSK manually on the WLAN.
