The MPA naming convention on the NCS platform is different from the ASR9K and thus, the first MPA slot is named as 0/0/1. - On the ASR9K, the first MPA slot is named as 0/0/0 and hence matches the SNMP output of Bay 0. - On the NCS, SNMP returns Bay 0, Bay 1, Bay 2 which corresponds to the physical slots of MPA 0/0/1, 0/0/2, 0/0/3.
