Customer is not able to access their vManage GUI and has to restart the vManage NMS Application Server via the CLI to recover GUI access. The issue happens intermittently.
vManage is running 20.6.4. When searching the vManage admin-tech logs, the following is found: ERROR [] [RestfulDefaultExceptionMapper] (default task-3139) || Uncaught exception thrown by REST java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space
Restart the NMS Application Server - request nms application-server start
