Switches suddenly go down and unable to fully boot. No specific conditions known at the moment. TAC should be contacted to confirm if we are hitting this issue.
IOS upgrade to recent version is recommended to trying the recovery.
At this point the trigger and conditions are still unknown. It is a non-common issue that might be considered one-time event. There are some conditions that even IOS upgrade could not recover the device, in those scenrarios replacement is required after TAC analysis is performed.
