- Few ports Gi1/0/17,23,24,27 and 33 stopped delivering PoE during the operation state while running on 17.3.4 - Customer had performed the upgrade to 17.3.4 almost 2 months ago/ no other network changes was made. - The issue is related with PoE, and the data is working fine validated connecting latptop. - Issue not related with the PD's, as these PD's are working fine when connected on a different C9300 running on 17.3.4. - The same PD’s that are already working on another switch, when connected to problematic switch are not working. - Other PD’s that are already working fine on this problematic switch, which are class-4 Aruba-PD's Observations:- 1. We could observe the PoE negotiation is happening and the allocated watts of 15.4W has been granted to the PD based on the below output. ------------------ show power inline Gi1/0/17 detail ------------------ Interface: Gi1/0/17 Inline Power Mode: auto Operational status: on >>> Device Detected: yes >>> Device Type: Ieee PD >>> IEEE Class: 0 >>> 2. 1- Issue reported during the run time post the recent upgrade to 17.3.4 2- Multiple %SW_DAI-4-DHCP_SNOOPING_DENY: are observed before the issue was reported and lab repro to validate this dependency is under progress.
Power cycle the entire switch has been recommended by BU, since MCU looks to be in bad state.
Issue is been reported only one switch and the impacted PD's are all of the same Crestron RMC3 make.
