A 9800-CL switch unexpectedly rebooted due to Last reload reason: Critical process pubd fault on rp_0_0 (rc=134) %PMAN-3-PROCHOLDDOWN: The process pubd has been helddown (rc 134) %PMAN-0-PROCFAILCRIT: A critical process pubd has failed (rc 134)
This issue was observed first in a C9800-CL running a version 17.3.4a after the execution of a remote command coming from cisco prime infrastructure.
There are no workarounds for this issue, however, note that this only affects platforms where model-driven telemetry is enabled and in-use by DNAC or Prime. To see if your device has telemetry enabled, you need to look for "netconf-yang" in the configuration. To see if the telemetry on your device is in use by DNAC or Prime, you need to look for a "protocol" of "cloud-native", "native-tls", "native", "cntp-tls" or "cntp-tcp" in the telemetry section of your configuration.
