EPLD must be upgraded if older than 7.0(3)I2(2b). To get the fix for this issue, it is recommended to upgrade the EPLD to 7.0(3)I2(2b) onwards. On the following link we have the process of EPLD upgrade: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/switches/datacenter/nexus9000/sw/7-x/epld_rn/guide/nxos_n9K_epldRN_703i72.html

There are no workarounds available. Please proceed with the EPLD upgrade to 7.0(3)I2(2b) and onwards to address this.
