Symptom
Following syslog message is seen every 90 seconds
%NTP-6-NTP_SYSLOG_WARN: : Failed to send MTS message to destination (node = 0xfe000000, sap = 619), Opcode = MTS_OPC_CLOCK_CHANGE_NOTIF, errno = 32
Conditions
Configure ntp server without FEX module
Workaround
Configure "logging level ntp 5" then above syslog message is masked(default is "logging level ntp 2").
However almost syslog messages from ntp component are masked.
There is no functional impact due to this log if there is no FEX module.
Further Problem Description
This issue has been seen since CSCvh17367 was implemented.
