A core is generated and switch will reload after configuring snmp-server given specific inputs for sha and priv. Specifically, if a non-salted value is used as input to localizedV2Key.
This is likely to occur when a non-salted value is used with localizedV2Key.
Avoid entering values for sha and priv using localized2key that are inconsistent with what is provided for the user in the running-config.
To fix the issue, a check has been added to avoid accessing out of bound index which will likely occur when a non-salted value is used with localizedV2Key.
