OPERATIONAL DEFECT DATABASE
...

...
All network devices configured on ISE have been deleted when customer tried to delete one particular NAD by filtering and selecting it then choose "delete selected".
1) Filter the network device list via one of the filter options. 2) Select one or more NADs to be deleted. 3) Click delete selected. 4) When the warning pops up asking if you are sure, cancel. 5) Click delete selected again without removing the filter. 6) The new popup, instead of being delete selected, will now be delete all.
There are three potential workarounds for this issue. 1) Don't try cancel on delete confirmation/Captcha dialog and delete again. 2) Use ERS NAD delete will not cause any issue, the issue is in the javascript of the UI. 3) Manually find the device to be removed instead of using filtering. If the devices are already deleted, and if the same (or mostly the same) shared secret was used across NAD's you can configure this password on Default NAD to partially or fully restore the functionality while recovering (from backup or exports) the NAD database.
After installing the patch with the fix, the administrator needs to clear browser cache and open the ISE admin UI in a new tab. If ISE is opened with the UI already in the browser cache, the fix is not loaded into cache so the issue will still persist.
