C-ANT9103 identifies itself as C-ANT9102. As a result, a C9130AXE AP to which it is connected may operate with EIRP in excess of the maximum allowed transmit power (as the ANT9103 has 6 dBi of gain, while the ANT9102 has only 4 dBi of gain.)
C-ANT9103 manufactured in a particular batch of ~2000 antennas.
The only fix is to replace the antenna. Meanwhile, to ensure that the AP radios operate within regulatory limits, the radios must be configured for manual power, with a power level setting of 2 or below.
