DTMF fails on Inband to OOB DTMF interworking if caller does consulted transfer, DTMF is sent as "RTP-NTE".
Inbound dial-peer on CUBE Is configured with multiple DTMF relay methods and RTP-NTE is not the first configured method. Original called device needs to initiated a consulted transfer.
Configured RTP-NTE as the first or only DTMF relay method on the dial-peer configuration.
DTMF Interworking from Inband to OOB breaks during a call transfer if the transferring party does a consulted transfer. If the transferring party does a blind transfer the issue does not trigger. The issue happens when multiple DTMF relay methods are configured on the inbound dial-peer and rtp-nte is not first priority. This is related to Jira CUBE-1016
