show int counters will freeze and optics detection will not work.
Conditions
when router uptime is 2years + for ASR920-24SZ-M/ASR920-42SZ-IM variants which has high port density.
Workaround
To reboot the router to complete recover from the problem.
Further Problem Description
Interface counters not incrementing after 2yrs, 22+ weeks on ASR920-24SZ-M variant.
Optics OIR detection will also not work in case performed after landing into the problem condition.
