When PC is connected to a port which belongs to member (secondary) switch in stack, dot1x authentication using EAP-TLS fails with error message ‘5440 Endpoint abandoned EAP session and started new’ in ISE authentication report.
Switch model : c1000-48t-4x-l , switch version : 15.2(7)E3 ISE as Radius server running dot1x using EAP-TLS authentication
None or authenticate endpoint using EAP-TLS only on primary switch in the stack
If primary switch in the stack (e.g sw1) is reloaded and the the member (secondary) switch (sw2) becomes primary, EAP-TLS authentication will fail on old-primary switch (sw1) and will be successful on sw2.
