In System > Integration > Realms > Edit Realms > User Download, the Available Groups list is empty The following error appears: "Error fetching groups. Please check your directory configuration and try again"
- Directory servers are specified as hostname or fully qualified domain name - The primary DNS server configured fails to respond to queries
Workaround 1: Ensure that all of the DNS servers configured on the FMC respond to DNS queries Workaround 2: Specify Directory server IP addresses, rather than hostname or fully qualified domain name
User and Group download tasks may succeed, even though the Available Groups list remains unpopulated.
