Symptom

Their can be different symptoms. So far we have seen below. 1) Packet lost/reachability issues sending traffic 2) Streaming telemetry not exporting data per the configured sample interval rate. Seen with dial out but other options should not be excluded.

This problem is hard to identify but a tcpdump will help identify. The encapsulation id is not programmed correctly.
