When nexus 31xx, 311xx or Nexus 9372/9396/93120/93128 receives ipv6 overlay packets from fabric (L3VNI) it creates duplicate packet during decapsulation and sends both to receiver. No issues for ipv4 overlay traffic in same vlans.

This is ASIC limitation and so no workarounds nor fix is possible as of today
Only applicable for IPv6 ICMP data plane packets which are coming in VXLAN encapsulated and has to be decapsulated, sent out via another front panel port; The issue can also trigger if the packets are landing on non-40G Ports(eth1/1-48) UDP/TCP IPv6 packets are forwarded in hardware
